A Message to the Somali Federal Parliament

September 11, 2011 A message to the DFKMG parliamentarians about Somalia’s maritime defense.“I am calling on the members of Parliament to issue a law stating that from 2009 the Somali sea is 350 nautical miles (equivalent to 648 kilometers), so that the story of 200 miles will end. And there is nothing about that. in front of the Somali Parliament.”

Message

I remind the members of the Somali DFKMG Parliament of the oath they took to the Somali nation and represent them.I am also reminding the members of the Somali Parliament of the big part that was not forgotten and they took the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the Somali Sea and threw it aside, they resisted and were very happy for the SOMALI NATION.Without getting tired of the many requests that I have made to the Members of Parliament, I am once again asking them to issue a law stating that from 2009 the Somali Sea is 350 nautical miles (equivalent to 648 kilometers), so that The story of 200 miles comes to an end. There is nothing against this in the Somali parliament. In addition to this, I am informing the delegates that this plan called ” Roadmap ” will be announced on December 19, 2011 in the maritime border of Somalia known as “EEZ” (Exclusive Economic Zone) or “Special Economic Zone”.As I have already said, they want a new law on the Somali EEZ to be announced which will cancel Law No. 37 (1972). The Minister of Fisheries in the Farmajo government signed the new law in London earlier this year. I have already made it clear in my previous posts that you can see below that this plan is being sought by the Somali leaders to disrupt the scale of the Somali sea.Today, the only hope that the nation of Somalia has is that of God, and you are the members of the Somali Parliament. Today, the issue is not whether the President is elected and the Prime Minister is approved and the Parliament splits into two sides. The issue that you are making a decision on is the petroleum in the sea of Somalia which is supposed to be handed over to the Kenyan government as it is supposed to be in accordance with the law of the sea of Somalia known as Law No. 37 on the landsea of Somalia – Territorial Sea / Territorial Waters which came out on September 10, 1972) – a law that could not be challenged – unless Somali leaders are found.Today, we all see that the Chiefs are getting ahead of the decisions called “Roadmap”which are to be approved by the DFKMG.Among those decisions is that on December 19, 2011, Somalia’s maritime border will be declared as “EEZ” (Exclusive Economic Zone) or “Special Economic Zone”, instead of strengthening the Somali maritime law. 1972 defining the border of Somalia’s territorial waters which at that time was 200 nautical miles as TERRITORIAL WATERS. In the end, I am asking the members of Parliament not to approve this plan to take over the Presidents. Bashir Sheikh Mohammed bashirmohamud@yahoo.com
